Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
