Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Work pattern begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same student group. Relocation is provided; compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and on-campus housing. Requires high school diploma or GED, ability to lift to 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually for consideration.

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
