Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person couples) reside on-campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, supervising budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a family-like, structured environment. The role starts with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, strong interpersonal and leadership skills with youth, willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
