Job Summary
Two-person married couple serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, residing in student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and family-like care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving and organizing activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Requires high school diploma or GED, driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior youth experience; relocation assistance is provided; on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
