Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Requires a legally married two-person team, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided, with on-site housing and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
