Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: a married-couple role living in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. After an initial nine-on/three-off duty schedule, couples transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old. Required Qualifications
