Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents who are a legally married couple reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
