Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on a Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support to a group of 8–13 students in a supervised home. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and accompanying Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from rotating assignments across student homes to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility criteria for married couples (legally married for at least two years; both spouses ≥27).
