Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines, oversee medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, plan developmental activities, and handle budgeting and reporting. Initial nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, PTO, relocation assistance, paid training, and partial housing/meal coverage. Must be married, age 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete individual applications.

- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Must be age 27 or older for both spouses

- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience with youth preferred
- On-campus full-time role
