Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, medications administration, transportation, activity planning, daily devotions, and budget/household reporting; nine days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to placed houseparent living in the same home; relocation and paid training provided; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to adhere to campus policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
