Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for a two-person married couple as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus. Residents live in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured, family-like environment for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, daily devotions, and budgeting/reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three off, with eventual placement in a steady student-home assignment.
