Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home.
