Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus at Milton Hershey School, Taft, OK. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
