Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Live in an on-campus student home and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with housing/meals and comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires two-year married status, both spouses age 27+, U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior experience with youth is preferred.

- No more than three dependent children in home
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA
