Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for groups of ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
