Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students in on-campus homes, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and facilitating daily devotions and Chapel attendance. The position involves budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule transitioning into a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading devotionals; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided. Both spouses must apply individually for this two-person role and live on campus in a family-like environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services

- Spouses both age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children per home
- Campus smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty
