Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) will reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Requires High School diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-year relationship. Relocation assistance is provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
