Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to mentor and supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and Chapel attendance. Initially covering nine days on duty followed by three days off, couples may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-campus housing, meals during duty, and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and training provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to adhere to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol while on duty). Prospective spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both be at least 27 years old.
