Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in on-campus homes; responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, driving to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting; initially a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own student home; relocation to Hershey, PA; benefits include salary of $46,917.00 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple), housing, meals on duty, utilities, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
