Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus with students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and a structured family-like environment. Responsibilities include supervising 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial on-duty rotations (nine days on, three days off) to a placed Houseparent role. The position requires a legally married two-year relationship, both spouses aged 27 or older, and the ability to meet campus rules on health and safety; relocation assistance is provided. Experience working with youth preferred.
