Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couples) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent with a consistent student group. Position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; on-campus housing and meals provided. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with Judeo-Christian chapel involvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse requirement (married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Past experience with youth/volunteering with youth
