Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus in student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medications administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions, and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine days on / three days off, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include a salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and housing/ meals on duty. Requires experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a drug/alcohol-free campus; applicants must be a legally married two-person couple for at least two years and both spouses must be 27+, with up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
