Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married couple live-in role in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
