Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside on-campus in student homes (8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially serving across multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, the role will transition into a Placed Houseparent with a continued on-site home assignment. Employment includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a legally married two-spouse partnership for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to obtain vehicle-driver certification are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is also required.
