Job Summary
Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at a residential student-home environment. Couples reside in on-campus homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially working nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are included. Must have experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and be willing to meet on-campus living requirements; the position requires a two-person, married-couple commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
