Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) reside on-campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and support groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle, with potential transition to a placed houseparent assignment living with the same student group. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a minimum two-year marriage, both spouses aged 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to lead students in religious activities consistent with campus policies. - Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
