Job Summary
Student Support Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent in a dedicated home. Requires two spouses who are legally married, ages 27+, with a high school diploma or GED; driving responsibilities and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-campus housing, meals, benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
