Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, a two-person married-couple role, reside on campus in student homes to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, supervision of routines and schedules, medications administration, transportation to activities, and active engagement in developmental and recreational activities, with daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially working a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, the role will transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits with relocation assistance and paid training. Responsibilities also include budgeting and household reporting. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth.

- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Willingness to reside on-campus in student homes and work a nine-on/three-off schedule during initial phase

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
