Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple role) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, household management, and student wellness support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising activities, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role over time. Requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, and both spouses must be age 27 or older. Relocation assistance is provided; compensation per person is $46,917 with total couple compensation around $180,000, plus comprehensive benefits. High school diploma or GED required. On-campus residence in Hershey, PA (with relocation to Temecula, CA noted as hint). Two-person team, full-time schedule, nine days on and three days off during initial period, with duties including supervision, transportation, devotions, and youth development.
