Job Summary
Couples reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and planning/participating in developmental and recreational activities for approximately 8–13 students, with a transition from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent within the same student home. Duties include supervising routines, budgeting, household reporting, leading devotions, and ensuring student wellness; relocation to Hershey, PA is required and benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and housing/ meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
