Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on the Milton Hershey School campus, responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus student home. Duties include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent. Requires married couple, both spouses aged 27+, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and relocation to Hershey, PA with offered relocation assistance. Compensation is $46,917 per person ($180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits, housing, meals, and other perks.
