Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position initially supports various student homes with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
