Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus care-giving role for married couples as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a student home, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting a transition to a placed houseparent assignment. The position requires relocation to Hershey, PA (on-campus living), a nine-days-on/three-days-off work cycle initially, and offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must apply individually and be legally married for at least two years, with age 27+ for both, and hold a high school diploma or GED. A U.S. driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
