Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on-campus in Newport News, VA, supervising 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, both spouses age 27+, and a two-year marriage minimum. This is a two-person, on-campus role with salary of $46,917 per person (~$180,000 total per couple) and full benefits.
