Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in a student home to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, able to lift 50 lbs, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be committed to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. High school diploma or GED required. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
