Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School: couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent with the same group of students.
