Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus with a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same student home. The position requires a legally married two-person team, ages 27+, relocation to the assigned campus, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free environment; compensation is $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
