Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School, a two-person married couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for students; duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home; benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, and paid time off.
