Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide supervision, mentorship, and caregiving for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, schedules are nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older.
