Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two married spouses) live on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance is provided. Salary 44,768 per person with comprehensive benefits and housing; requires both spouses to complete separate applications and be legally married for at least two years.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for couples married at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
