Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a work cycle of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; the role transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Chapel services
