Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA live in on-campus student homes and supervise a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning engaging developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO; position requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and adherence to campus conduct and safety policies.
