Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples to reside in Milton Hershey School student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and housing/meals on duty. Qualifications include youth-focused experience, two-year marriage minimum for both spouses, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies.
