Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, scheduling, budgeting, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off shifts to a placed houseparent assignment. Requires living on campus in Winchester, IN, with relocation assistance provided; both spouses must complete individual applications and meet age and family constraints.
