Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live on-campus with a group of 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group in their own home. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and paid time off. Candidates must be a legally married two-person team, both spouses age 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and holding a valid U.S. driver’s license to drive student vans.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
