Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and support groups of 8–13 students, delivering daily supervision, mentorship, activity planning, medication administration, and transportation; after an initial 9-on/3-off schedule, transition to a placed houseparent with long-term housing and student care responsibilities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting and reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, driving students to activities, and fostering students’ academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-like home environment. Requires married couples (both spouses 27+) to complete individual applications. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
