Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group. The role requires a legally married couple (min two years), both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
