Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) live on campus in student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, reporting, driving to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and transitioning from initial home assignments to a stable placed home with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and religious services (Chapel)
- Experience with youth preferred
