Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and adapting to a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual placement as a permanent Houseparent with the same cohort.
