Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transitions to a placed houseparent living and working with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
